Tips for our mums

Small things that make a big difference

Simple advice based on public health guidance. Our products are a nourishing snack, not a treatment.

  1. 1

    Snack often

Breastfeeding uses extra energy, roughly 330 to 400 more calories a day. Keep something within reach for feeds.

  2. 2

    Drink when you're thirsty

Keep a water bottle where you feed. Thirst is a good guide, there is no need to force fluids.

  3. 3

    Ask for help early

Support from a lactation consultant in the first weeks helps many mums feel more confident.
